The Wenja tribe, also known as Soft Bloods, is the protagonist tribe in Far Cry Primal.

The Wenja's culture is based around animism^[1], and they are viewed as more peaceful and less aggressive than the Udam and the Izila tribes, which caused them to become regular victims of the other two tribes.

The Wenja is known to have an important figure in their tribe called the Beast Master - an individual who has a special connection with the wildlife of Oros, and can use his special ability to lead the Wenja to victory over their enemies.
