The Royal Guard Heavy Flamer Commander is an elite variant of the regular Heavy Flamer. He is differentiated by his uniform colors, and his golden Bandage and 2 Golden Stars. He only appears in one "Ashes to Ashes" mission, where Fullan asks Ajay to go and kill him for burning her bee farm.
He uses same quotes as the Royal Guard Heavy Flamer.
