Kyra Tea Weigh Station is a location, an outpost in South Kyrat at X:345 Y:380.
The station is one of subsidiaries of Kyra Tea Factory, and is used by Royal Army as a opium reserve warehoue.
The Kyrat Fashion Week quest for the Black Water Dragon starts here. It's also very close to the House of Chiffon, which must be visited before any Fashion Week quests become available.
The outpost controls a road, so after being taken the Golden Path members in the outpost will attack the Royal Army soldiers that regularly pass through, somewhat reducing their patrolling activity in the area.
