The Bait is an equipment in Far Cry 4. It is a thrown piece of meat that will attract nearby predators.
The Bait is acquired through skinning animals, except birds.
It has multiple uses. One, as an example, is throwing it while hunting to spawn predators in the nearby area. It can also be used against enemies by luring predators near them, who will then proceed to attack.

- In the map editor, predators will spawn close to the bait on the map even if one hasn't placed any animal on the map.
